How long can I keep my current tier status?
Members are placed into a tier based on how many points they have earned over the last 24 months. If you have earned enough points to move up a tier, we'll immediately move you up and let you know through an on-site notification. You will remain in that tier for a minimum of 24 months.
Once you have been in a tier for 24 months, your total point accumulation for the preceding 24 months will be re-evaluated, and you will either be kept in the same tier or moved down to the appropriate tier.
